Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage petitioning workflows in crisis observation programs and to coordinate with internal and external partners. You will monitor petitions, ensure timeliness, and support reporting to stakeholders.

The role also includes overseeing transfers to Level I facilities for COE and amendments to Court Ordered Treatment, requiring meticulous documentation and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative work history highly preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid identification required.
• Public Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor throughput in crisis observation programs and manage Title 36 petitioning workflow.
• Serve as telephone liaison with internal/external providers and community agencies.
• Oversee petitions, ensure completeness and timeliness, and generate reports.
• Oversee transfers to Level I facilities for COE and amendments/revocations to COT.
