Sienna Nursing & Rehabilitation in Odessa, TX is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to greet residents and families, guide them through the admissions journey with compassion and precision, and ensure a smooth transition into our facility.

You will build relationships with referral sources, conduct bedside assessments, maintain records, and collaborate with clinical and admin teams. A valid driver's license and dependable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine passion for serving elderly and disabled individuals.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.
• Complete bedside assessments, review documentation, and admit residents.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain organized records of admissions activity.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support transitions for new residents.
• Represent the facility in community presentations on long-term care and health services.
• Promote community outreach and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners.
• Travel locally as needed to support referral development.
