Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process on site.

You will work with the facility team to reach census targets and ensure a smooth, positive admissions experience, including room readiness and stakeholder communication.

If you bring a high school diploma and healthcare exposure, you will contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
