Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Marketing/Sales professional in Louisville, KY to drive strategic growth for our Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center. You will lead external outreach, coordinate admissions with facility teams, and respond to hospital and family referrals to support census goals.

The role requires a business/marketing background with proven sales success in healthcare settings; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be acceptable.

How you Will make a difference

• Coordinate and implement effective strategic plan for the facility.
• Complete external sales calls on target market.
• Manage the facility’s admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals.
• Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources to include e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record of success; healthcare experience preferred.
