Job description

The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is seeking an Admissions Coordinator beginning in August 2025 or sooner.

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the overarching enrollment efforts, from reaching prospective families in the greater community to holding the picture of the parents once they’ve enrolled. The enrollment efforts build on the public relations and marketing efforts of the Development office to draw prospective families to the school, and work with the Enrollment Committee, Communications Committee, faculty, staff and board to create and implement the enrollment strategies for the school’s present and future needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in admissions or enrollment at an educational institution, Waldorf experience, and/public relations, marketing, and outreach skills and experience

Hours: The Admissions Coordinator is hired to work full time to complete necessary tasks and goals.
