Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Springville, Utah, is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide families, referral partners, and professionals through the admissions journey. This on-site role blends empathy, responsiveness, and sales acumen to ensure an excellent admissions experience.

You will conduct initial assessments, coordinate the admission process, and enter notes into Salesforce, while collaborating with programs and departments to secure timely help for youths.

Qualifications

• Required: Experience in behavioral health admissions.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help families (over the phone) get admitted to Embark's Springville RTC.
• Conduct an initial assessment of their needs.

• Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
• Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
• Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
• Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
• Participate in team and weekly meetings.
• Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour

Location: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville UT, 84663 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday I 9:00am - 5:00pm

This role is ideal for someone who blendssales acumen, empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism-and who believes that exceptional admissions experiences are the foundation of exceptional care.

Nestled in the serene beauty ofHobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center-we're a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12-17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach isfamily-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.
