We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. What we are looking for:
Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support overnight staff.
Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.
Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.
