Job summary

The Pennant Group's Mainplace Senior Living in Orange, CA is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to lead resident recruitment, build relationships with prospects and families, and coordinate the admission/assessment with the Family Advisor and community team.

You will develop and maintain internal and external marketing strategies, monitor occupancy trends, and act as the primary contact for prospective residents. Strong communication and customer service are essential, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or human services preferred.
• Experience in marketing to seniors or healthcare/personal care background preferred.
• Proven track record of marketing/sales results.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service.
• Clean driving record and valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident recruitment by building relationships with prospects and families.

Helps develop and maintain productive internal and external marketing strategies including referral sources and community relationships.
