Job summary

Century Care Management in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an energetic Director of Admissions and Marketing to promote the facility to hospitals, physicians, and prospective residents. The role includes educating stakeholders about capabilities, visiting discharge planners, and hosting community events to drive admissions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation and long-term care, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare admissions, social work, discharge planning or similar position desired.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing finances including Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance is desired.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Century Care Management to hospitals, physicians, and prospective residents.
• Educate stakeholders about capabilities of the facility.
• Visit discharge planners and physician practices to build referral networks.
• Host community events within the facility and develop promotional materials.
• Make presentations to civic and community groups to support admissions and marketing efforts.

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated professional to become our Director of Admissions and Marketing. This position will be responsible for promoting us to hospitals, physicians and prospective residents. Duties include educating people regarding the capabilities of our facility, visiting discharge planners and physician practices in their offices, hosting community events within the facility, making presentations to civic and community groups and developing presentation and promotional materials in support of these tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the rehabilitation and long term care industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare as an admissions coordinator, social worker, discharge planner or similar position desired
• Experience in long term care, especially skilled nursing facilities desired
• Knowledge of the financial aspects of skilled nursing including Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance desired
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Personable with neat, professional appearance
• Must be flexible with hours and be willing to monitor email/voice messages 24/7
