Tutera Senior Living and Health Care in DeKalb, IL is seeking an Admissions Coordinator responsible for guiding admissions, marketing programs, collecting applicant information, screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and addressing resident concerns during transitions to the community.

The role also focuses on developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, families, and referral sources with accurate information and assistance to ensure a smooth admission

Qualifications

• Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
• College degree preferred
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Admissions Coordinator

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, obtaining applicant information, screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the community. The Admissions Coordinator is also responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance.
