Marigold Rehab and Healthcare Center seeks an Admissions Coordinator to oversee admission guidelines, marketing programs, and applicant information. The role includes screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during transitions to the community.

You will help develop census and quality mix by guiding prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with the right information and support.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, obtaining applicant information, screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the community. The Admissions Coordinator is also responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance.

• College degree preferred
• Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
