Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of admissions coordination experience in a behavioral health or treatment setting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CallTrackingMetrics is required.
• Salesforce: 2 years (Required)
• High school diploma or GED ( CPR/First Aid certification preferred ).
• Knowledge of mental health conditions, the recovery process, and crisis response protocols.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial telephone screenings for potential patients and referral sources.
• Evaluate admissions criteria and coordinate with the clinical team on patient appropriateness.
• Answer inquiries about the program and provide information to patients and families.
• Complete and review admission paperwork, consents, and orientation materials.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and CTM.
• Arrange tours for prospective patients and families.
• Coordinate obtaining and processing outside medical records.
• Protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.
