Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Admissions Concierge to oversee admissions from pre-admission to discharge, coordinating contracts and patient readiness. The role requires travel among centers in the assigned territory and close collaboration with the Transition Advisor and center teams.

You will perform front-line customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of admission to ensure patient satisfaction, reporting to center leadership and supporting ongoing needs throughout stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions or healthcare coordination preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between centers in the coverage territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions from pre-admission to discharge, including admissions contracts, PASARRs and CHIRPs.
• Collaborate with the Transition Advisor and health center teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Perform customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of patient stay to ensure satisfaction and report to center leadership.
