The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation & Healing Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to lead the admission process for prospective residents. You will coordinate between families, residents, and facility staff, ensuring timely, accurate admissions in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care admissions operations.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, MLTC, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance.
• HIPAA privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Experience coordinating admissions from hospitals or acute care facilities.

Responsabilités

• Admissions coordination and processing from referral to arrival.
• Verify and review admissions agreements and eligibility.
• Coordinate with billing/business office for financial documentation.
• Manage referrals, follow-ups, and census opportunities.
• Provide information on services, policies, and admission requirements to families.
