Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health of Springfield is seeking an Admissions Call Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and families seeking behavioral health support. You will conduct intake assessments, evaluate eligibility, and help connect callers with the right level of care.

You will coordinate with insurance providers, document interactions, and ensure clear communication among clinical staff.

Your Impact

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health assessment and/or treatment
• At least one year of experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Background in insurance verification and medical billing
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes

Ready to Get Started

• CPR certification, obtained within 30 days of employment
• Handle with Care or Crisis Prevention Intervention certification, obtained within 30 days of employment
• Ability to work on-site in Springfield, MO 65803

Choose the Schedule That Fits

• Full-time: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• PRN: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
