Job summary

Wilmington University is seeking an Admissions Associate (PT) to support undergraduate and graduate admissions processes. The role involves handling applications, transcripts, test scores, and recommendations, updating records in Banner and Recruit CRM, and generating reports for incoming applicants and new students.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and strong communication—fitting for a busy, student-centered admissions team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
1–3 years in admissions or higher education required.
Detail-oriented, analytical, organized with strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-directed and able to make decisions independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Banner SIS or Recruit CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and maintain admissions documents for various programs (undergraduate and graduate).
Scan/link admissions documents using Banner and Recruit CRM.
Update and audit admissions records in SIS and CRM for accuracy.
Prepare data summaries and reports on applicants and new students.
Participate in training, Open House, and information sessions as needed.
Promote a supportive environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
