Job summary

Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a dependable Admissions Assistant to join our team on weekends on a part-time basis. You will coordinate admissions, assist with paperwork, communicate with residents and families, and support the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Responsibilities include helping with intake procedures, preparing records, and maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. Prior experience in admissions or healthcare administration is preferred.
