Responsibilities

• Facilitates all enrollment activities for students pursuing enrollment into the University.
• Assesses student need and presents information on benefits of UAT for goals.
• Supports students through consultations, financial aid insight, and transfer credit evaluations.
• Guide prospective students through the application process and track progress through the recruitment funnel.
• Coach students and build rapport with secondary influencers.
• Responds to phone and email inquiries on admissions and status of applications.
• Understands and conveys the value of education.
• Consistently meets and strives to exceed goals using performance metrics.
• Thrives in a driven environment that uses metrics and reporting to improve performance.
