Job summary

The Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a senior admissions leader to drive department performance and occupancy across levels of care. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners while guiding a team of Admissions Coordinators, a Contracts Liaison, and a Hospital/BD Liaison.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience, supervisory experience, and 4+ years of consultative sales in senior living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 4 years of consultative or high-touch sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Experience developing and managing budgets.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

What you'll need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of equivalent related experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• At least 4 years of consultative or high-touch sales experience, senior living experience preferred
• Experience developing and managing budgets
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Preferred:

• Experience developing staff policies and procedures
• Experience with CRM systems in a sales or admissions context

Pay and benefits

• $95,000–$115,000a year, based on experience

Schedule

Full-time, exempt. Some evening and weekend availability required for on-call and department coverage.
