Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health programs in the San Jose area. You will manage high-volume inquiries, conduct interviews, and guide prospective students from interest to enrollment.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, consultative sales, and accurate documentation within Nexus/CampusVue. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected. This position offers growth in a collegiate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM or student information systems (Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options and outcomes.
• Document all student contacts and admissions activity in the CRM/SIS.
