Qualifications

• Two years minimum in customer service, telemarketing, or sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to assess interest.
• Conduct in-person or virtual advising interviews.
• Document admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
• Guide prospects toward enrollment with consultative approach.
