Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, customer service, or another relationship-focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems.
• Previous admissions, higher education, vocational education, or consultative sales experience.
• Experience working toward individual performance goals or quotas.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students.
• Conduct campus tours and career planning interviews.
• Build rapport and identify each prospective student's educational and career goals.
• Present Milan Institute's programs, admissions requirements, and career opportunities.
• Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students through phone, text, email, and other communication channels.
• Accurately document all admissions activity in the student information system.
• Meet established activity and enrollment goals.
• Participate in community outreach, career fairs, and recruiting events as needed.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to ensure a positive student experience.
• Maintain compliance with all institutional, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
