You will conduct interviews, campus tours, review applications and transcripts, explain tuition and financial aid options, and collaborate with financial aid and advising teams to streamline enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' sales experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, enrollment management systems, and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, providing excellent service throughout the admissions process.
• Conduct telephone and MS Teams interviews to assess eligibility and fit with programs.
• Lead informative in-person campus tours highlighting facilities and program advantages.
• Evaluate applications, transcripts, and documents to determine admission eligibility.
• Provide information about program requirements, tuition, financial aid options, and scholarships.
• Collaborate with financial aid and academic advising to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Follow up with prospective students to address questions and drive enrollment.
• Represent the college at college fairs, community events, and high school visits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and policy changes to address inquiries effectively.
