You will conduct interviews, build rapport, and coordinate with other departments to ensure top-tier service while maintaining compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a highly structured and regulated work environment.
• Computer proficiency; experience with Windows and Microsoft suite; manage multiple browsers and monitors.
• High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Post-secondary admissions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students through the admissions process in accordance with all applicable regulations and policies.
• Conduct telephone interviews and email correspondence to identify student prospects and determine needs.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain frequent contact.
• Partner with departments outside Admissions to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure enrolled students submit required documents to begin coursework.
• Assist students through the orientation process.
• Operate within the school's expected behaviors: Execution, Communication/Feedback and Professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
