You will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, conduct interviews, build rapport, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with university policies. Qualifications

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency; experience with Windows and Microsoft Office preferred
• High school education or equivalent; college degree from accredited institution preferred
• One+ year of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Post-secondary admissions experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students through the admissions process per regulations and policies
• Conduct telephone interviews and email correspondence to identify prospects and needs
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact
• Collaborate with departments outside Admissions to ensure high service levels
• Ensure enrolled students submit required documents to begin coursework
• Assist students through orientation
• Operate within school policies and procedures with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with university policies
