The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Admissions Advisor to recruit qualified applicants for admission while upholding ethical standards and supporting students.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, scheduling interviews, conducting outreach events, coordinating with departments, and helping applicants navigate the enrollment process to achieve successful matriculation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1-1.5 years’ experience in admissions recruitment or relevant consultative sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Accurately explain educational programs, outcomes and student services to students and parents.
• Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and interview activity targets.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment.
• Lead outreach events such as open houses and regional presentations.
• Forecast projected new students with admissions leadership.
• Support onboarding, trainings, and team-building activities.
