The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions process and align career goals with CHCP programs. You will work within a high‑performing team, coordinating with financial aid and campus management to optimize the enrollment journey.

You will conduct interviews, campus tours, and outreach to generate leads, while maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting student success from inquiry to enrollment.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0-1 year of admissions recruitment or relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective students.
• Schedule and lead interviews, campus tours, and entrance assessments.
• Explain programs, outcomes, and student services to applicants and networks.
• Ensure compliance with national and state regulations in admissions.
• Collaborate with financial aid and campus management to aid enrollment.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
• Generate leads through referrals and outreach to meet enrollment goals.
• Forecast enrollment targets with the Director of Admissions.
