Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team on campus. You will guide prospective students through the admissions process, conduct interviews and campus tours, and help match career goals with CHCP’s programs.

Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls, presenting program outcomes, coordinating with financial aid, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of admissions recruitment or related sales experience.
• Interest in helping others achieve personal goals.
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and connect them with CHCP offerings.
• Schedule and conduct daily interviews and campus tours; coordinate entrance assessments and financial aid introductions; assess suitability for admission.
• Explain CHCP programs, outcomes, and student services to students, parents, and support networks.
• Use established tools and resources while following national and state rules to understand a prospect's goals.
• Attend on-campus and online training and participate in ongoing career development.
• Know the monthly start cycle, enrollment goals, program knowledge, entrance requirements, and enrollment policies.
• Participate in recruitment activities including open houses, local presentations, and orientation programs.
• Solicit referrals from new students and generate leads.
• Accurately forecast projected new students with campus leadership.
• Maintain contact with applicants through follow-up to ensure success.
• Become a registered Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.
• Be a team player at CHCP, recognized as a Top Workplace for 8 years.
• Other duties as assigned.
