• Fluent in both English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree.
• At least 1 year of admissions, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct interviews, campus tours, and enrollment appointments in English and Spanish.
• Present program information, career opportunities, and student support services.
• Guide students through admissions requirements and the financial aid process.
• Participate in recruitment activities including open houses, career fairs, and orientations.
• Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and student success.
• Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Generate referrals and cultivate new student leads.
