• Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required.
• 0–1 year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others achieve career goals.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with enrollment steps.
• Present program information, outcomes, and student services.
• Guide students through admissions requirements and financial aid process.
• Participate in recruitment events (open houses, career days, orientations, etc.).
• Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and success.

• Generate referrals and new leads.
