ADMISSIONS ADVISOR

We are seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team.

This role is fast-paced and within a dynamic, high-performing, collaborative team. You will work on campus to provide guidance and assistance to prospective students regarding admissions, career matching, and enrollment.

You will be responsible for implementing the vision, mission, and core values of CHCP.

Responsibilities:
  1. Make and receive outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective students, promoting CHCP’s offerings and their potential impact.
  2. Schedule and conduct interviews, campus tours, entrance assessments, introduce financial aid options, and assess candidates for admission based on career goals.
  3. Explain our healthcare educational programs, outcomes, and student services clearly to students, parents, and support systems.
  4. Utilize effective tools and resources while adhering to regulations to understand prospects’ goals.
  5. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.
  6. Understand the monthly start cycle, enrollment goals, program requirements, and policies.
  7. Engage in recruitment activities such as open houses, presentations, and career days.
  8. Generate referrals by asking new students for contacts who could benefit from our programs.
  9. Forecast new student enrollment with management to support educational outcomes.
  10. Maintain contact with students through follow-up meetings to ensure their success.
  11. Become a registered Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.
  12. Be a team player excited to work at CHCP, recognized as a Top Workplace for 8 consecutive years.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
