Job description

Role Description The Admissions Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; conducting interviews and campus tours; and explaining program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options in a clear and supportive manner. The role involves evaluating application materials, maintaining accurate student records, and following up with prospective students to support timely decision-making. The Admissions Advisor collaborates with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and participates in recruitment events, outreach activities, and presentations to prospective students, families, and community partners. The position requires consistent, professional representation of FNU's mission and values while meeting enrollment goals and providing excellent service to a diverse population.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
