Job summary

Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a compassionate Admissions Coordinator to welcome patients, families, and referral partners through intake, assessment, and admission during the night shift.

You will screen referrals, collect medical information, and coordinate with providers and nursing staff to ensure timely admissions. Accurate data entry and regulatory compliance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in psychology, social work, nursing, or healthcare preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health admissions/intake is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and calmness under pressure.

Responsibilities
