Sprenger Health Care is seeking an Administrator Resident for a Grace Management Services facility in Ohio. You will operate the facility per policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while acting as liaison to the governing body and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing in collaboration with department supervisors.
