Batavia Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and lead all department managers to deliver high-quality care and service to residents and families.

You will integrate clinical services with business plans, meet quality and utilization standards, drive financial productivity, build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians and staff, and resolve care issues while

Qualifications

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance. The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. You will ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
