Batavia Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to lead the facility’s daily operations in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will supervise department managers, align clinical services with business plans, and drive quality, utilization, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional resident care and service.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance. The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. You will ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
