The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation, adherence to company policy, and compliance with government regulations while maintaining high-quality patient and resident care. The Interim NHA will manage transitional leadership challenges, coordinate with leadership teams, and uphold standards of performance during the interim period.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in accordance with state regulations is required.
• Must pursue continuing education.
