Genesis is seeking an experienced nursing center administrator in Santa Fe, NM to lead operations, ensure high-quality care, and guide department heads. You will monitor financial reports, promote strong public relations, and foster engagement aligned with core values to deliver compassionate patient care.

The role requires regulatory acumen, on-call availability, and a collaborative approach to drive growth, staff development, and community impact within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and provide high levels of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
