As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and administrative support to our nursing home facility. Serve as the administrative leader for the nursing home facility, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve quality of care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement
Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures
Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and support staff
Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community, promoting a positive and respectful environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve operations and outcomes
Current NHA certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing home administration role
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in healthcare operations, finance, and regulatory compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
