Genesis Nursing Center is seeking a senior administrator to monitor financial performance, lead department heads, and uphold high standards of patient care within the community.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and the promotion of a positive public image for the facility while ensuring compassionate, quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills - well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
• On-call availability

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
