Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking talented individuals for its Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program at the Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Norway, Maine. The program offers hands-on exposure to operations across key departments in a skilled nursing facility, preparing you to lead with integrity and compassion.

You will rotate through Administration, Human Resources, Clinical, Finance, Business Development and more, with a one-year duration and structured mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eligible per state-specific licensing criteria.
• Prior management experience in healthcare (preferred).
• Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Rate of Pay

USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Hr.
