Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale is seeking an Administrator - Planning, Design & Construction to own and administer the PMIS, including Procore, across the capital program.

You will lead governance, configuration, reporting, automation, and training, partnering with PMs, controls, and facilities to improve workflow and data quality. This role also drives dashboards with Power BI and explores AI-assisted workflows to boost delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering construction PMIS and enterprise platforms.
• Experience administering Procore and PMIS governance.
• Ability to develop dashboards and BI reports using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• JOB SUMMARY
• The Administrator - Planning, Design & Construction - Project Management Information System serves as the enterprise owner and administrator of the healthcare system's Project Management Information System (PMIS), including Procore and other capital project delivery platforms. This role provides strategic leadership for the governance, configuration, adoption, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement of project management technologies that support the full capital project lifecycle.

Essential Functions

• PMIS Governance & System Administration:
  • Serve as the enterprise administrator and system owner for Procore and other approved PMIS platforms.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce PMIS governance standards, data standards, naming conventions, workflows, permission structures, and project templates.
  • Configure company-level and project-level settings to support consistent delivery across the capital program.
  • Create and manage projects, user accounts, security permissions, distribution groups, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure PMIS functionality aligns with established project delivery standards, capital governance requirements, and organizational objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PMIS configuration, upgrades, testing, and change management initiatives.
• Digital Project Delivery & Workflow Optimization:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project workflows supporting:
  • Design management
  • Contract administration
  • Submittals
  • RFIs
  • Change management
  • Cost management

  • Closeout documentation
  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflow effectiveness and user experience.
  • Support standardization of project execution processes across inpatient and outpatient programs.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Project Controls, Contract Administration, and Facilities teams to improve digital project delivery practices.
• Data Governance, Reporting & Business Intelligence:
  • Maintain enterprise project data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Develop and administer dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, portfolio reporting, and capital governance reporting tools.
  • Support integration of project data with capital planning, forecasting, project controls, and facilities systems.
  • Design and maintain standardized reporting for project leadership, executive leadership, and operational stakeholders.
  • Develop business intelligence solutions utilizing Power BI, reporting applications, and related analytics platforms.
• AI Adoption, Automation & Innovation:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and automation technologies to improve project delivery efficiency and data quality.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows supporting:

  • Evaluate emerging technologies applicable to healthcare capital project delivery.

  • Artificial intelligence is utilized to augment decision-making and administrative efficiency and does not replace professional review, approval authority, or accountability.
• Training, Education & Organizational Adoption:
  • Develop and deliver PMIS training programs for Project Managers, Program Managers, Project Controls personnel, Contract Administrators, Facilities staff, and leadership.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new users and provide continuing education regarding system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop user guides, standards documentation, instructional content, and process references.
  • Serve as the principal subject matter expert for PMIS utilization across the healthcare system.
• Systems Integration & Information Management:
  • Support integration and coordination between Procore and related enterprise applications including:
  • Financial systems
