Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with individuals with IDD.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of behavior supports, compliance, and program operations.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, staffing, and community-based activities.
• Supervise and provide leadership to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead DSPs.
• Ensure implementation of individual service plans, behavior plans, and program documentation.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to staff in direct care, behavior management, and skill development.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (Title 17/22) and Merakey policies.
• Support program administration, including documentation, reporting, and oversight of individual funds.
• Partner with Program Director and interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and address staffing needs proactively.

Overview

The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an Adult Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). M-F 7a-330 w/30 min lunch
