Protouch Staffing is seeking an Administrator - Home Health Care in Bloomington, MN. The role leads clinical services, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality patient care across home health operations.

Ideal Candidate Background

The preferred candidate will have a clinical or other relevant undergraduate degree and a strong healthcare background, such as:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Physical Therapist (PT)
• Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Other qualified clinical professional with a relevant undergraduate degree and strong healthcare management experience

The successful candidate should have experience working with the geriatric population, with additional ability to understand the care needs of pediatric and adult populations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

• Assume primary responsibility for clinical services provided by the agency.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise all clinical functions.
• Supervise clinical activities and clinical staff.
• Remain informed about home health regulations, standards, and management issues.
• Provide guidance and support to supervisory, field, and office staff.
• Ensure coordination of care across applicable disciplines.

Staff Leadership & Performance

• Provide leadership and oversight for office, field, supervisory, and clinical staff across both locations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide timely counseling and feedback.
• Assist with developing job standards, personnel qualifications, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance to staff and leadership.
• Support effective communication, coordination, and performance throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management/supervisory experience in health service administration.
• Clinical or relevant undergraduate degree, such as RN, PT, OT, or another appropriate clinical background.
• Experience providing or overseeing care for the geriatric population, with knowledge of pediatric and adult populations.
• Experience in healthcare operations and administration.
• Strong understanding of home health regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with Medicare, VA, and other insurance programs.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead office, field, supervisory, and clinical staff.
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to provide guidance regarding referrals, clinical matters, operational matters, and staff performance.
