About the role
We want you to join our team as an Administrator for Berks & Lancaster counties — a remote-flexible, field-required role where administrative work (scheduling, compliance tracking, reporting) is done remotely, while you're actively in the field conducting in-home client visits, caregiver observations, and check-ins throughout your assigned counties. You'll keep operations running smoothly across both counties, resolving issues and meeting the needs of our clients and employees along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee clients and caregivers across Berks & Lancaster counties
- Conduct regular in-home visits and check-ins with clients and staff to ensure quality care
- Manage weekly caregiver scheduling and reconcile hours ahead of payroll
- Own compliance and credentialing — certifications, background re-verifications, and personnel records
- Lead the VA reauthorization process for your counties
- Report weekly to the CEO and partner with the COO on HR and payroll matters
What You’ll Need
- Deep commitment to serving people and doing excellent, meaningful work–not just "getting it done," but doing it well
- A self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team and is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly emerging company
- 3–5 years of experience in home care, home health, or a related healthcare/social services setting, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Experience with caregiver scheduling and compliance/credentialing strongly preferred
- Prior experience with VA home care programs (Veteran-Directed Care, Community Care Network, or similar) preferred, not required
- Familiarity with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; comfortable managing compliance deadlines independently
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date TB testing, and ability to remain compliance with state-required caregiver credentials
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured personal transportation — regular travel across assigned counties is required
