Job summary

NHC Cavette Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care in Knoxville, TN seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our healthcare center with vision and compassion. You will oversee operations, partner with department directors, families, physicians, and the community to deliver excellent geriatric care.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee ACLF or NHA license, a related bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to motivate a team and sustain a high‑quality, compliant, patient‑centered

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee ACLF/NHA license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete administrative and managerial operations of the healthcare center.
• Motivate and support Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians and the local community.
