Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of home health regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, workflows, and operational performance.
  • Experience with business development, referral relationships, or healthcare growth initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to monitor budgets, performance metrics, and operational goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams, agency leadership, and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor staffing, productivity, workflows, performance metrics, budgets, and overall financial performance.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and survey readiness.
  • Lead business development initiatives to grow patient census and expand the agency's presence in the community.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community partners.
  • Represent the agency through community outreach, networking, and partnership development.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing administrative and clinical team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with ownership and leadership to establish and achieve operational and growth goals.
