Job summary

Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Arizona is seeking an experienced Home Health and Hospice Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This mission-driven role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of clinical and administrative teams, CMS compliance, and quality initiatives.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, and build relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in home health, hospice, or related settings.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, nursing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and quality assurance programs.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, P&L, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all home health and hospice services.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid.
• Collaborate to develop policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
