The administrator will manage budgets, mentor staff, and build relationships with patients, families, and community partners to drive continuous improvement and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in home health or hospice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all home health and hospice services.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
