Compensation: $16.20 - $20.24 Compensation Type: Hourly Employment Type: Regular Grade: NE03 Position Summary The Administrative Technical Assistant provides support to a team or department by performing various administrative and technical tasks. This position assists with organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents and reports, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and managing databases and records. The Administrative Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, both in person and on the telephone. The Specialist offers general information and assistance, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the department.
